“ I’ve dined at this K-Pot location four times, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The customer service is outstanding—every server is attentive and ensures customers are well taken care of. The restaurant uses a modernized ordering system, allowing you to place orders on a tablet, which are then promptly delivered to your table. It is a buffet, costing 30 per person for hotpot or 35 per person for both hotpot and Korean barbecue. Unlike some buffets where food sits out on trays for customers to pick from, all orders here are freshly cut and delivered directly to your table. There’s also an impressive selection of meats and vegetables to choose from, and the service is impressively fast. Orders are typically brought out within minutes of submitting them via the tablet. Special shout-out to Braxton, who served us twice—his service was truly exceptional! ”
“ Went on a date evening with our oldest daughter and son-n-law. Service was great. Our host was very patient and friendly. Great place for food and drinks. Not a lot of parking close to restaurants, only due to an event going on. Overall great!!! ”
“ I usually enjoy coming to this location, but unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with a new server during our recent visit. We ordered our meats to grill, but the server forgot to turn on the grill to preheat it. Thankfully, another passing server noticed and helped us get it started. Once the grill was warmed up, we began cooking some of our meat while waiting for another dish to arrive. At some point, the original server changed the grill plate and, without informing us, turned the grill off. We told him we were still waiting on more food, but the grill was already off by then, which made it difficult to continue enjoying our meal. Sadly, this took away from what is usually a great dining experience. ”
